How Do I Return My Order?

For your absolute comfort, we have designed a policy of 30 days of easy return. Through which you can avail of the return of your product. All you have to do is first read our Return and Exchange Policy and if you find yourself able then apply for the return by hitting us through the email at info@arizonajackets.com.

How Do You Ship the Order?

We ship your order by availing the facility of the worldwide trusted courier services that include the names of DHL, FedEx and USPS.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

The status of your placed order is trackable through the tracking ID of your product that we grant you. Through that tracking ID, you can keep an eye on your product’s location.

How Do I Return Defective Goods?

There is a solution to every problem, and we own that solution for your problems. Before dispatching the parcels, we have the experts in our quality check department who checks and rechecks whether your parcel is accurate and of high quality or not. Then we move to the further process. But somehow, once in a decade, if this situation occurs that you get a defective piece then for sure we will exchange it and will provide you the perfect piece of your ordered attire. But if you want to return that you can do that as well. To return the attire you have to connect with us through our email address with the proper details of your order, occurred problem, and the picture of your received parcel. How Do I Cancel My Order?

You will be refunded the entire of your payment if you will cancel your placed order within 24 hours after you have made a purchase. 30% of your payment will be subtracted if you will request a cancellation of your purchase after 24 hours. If only 3 days remain in your product’s shipment and you will request us to cancel your order, we regret to inform you that we will deduct 50% of your paid amount. Once your order gets dispatched it could not get canceled.

How Do I Exchange My Order?
